At Henyah, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom orders.
  • Final sale items.
  • Opened cosmetics or skincare products for hygiene reasons

3. Return Methods

  • In-Store Returns: You may return items in person at our Seattle location.
  • Mail Returns: If you prefer to return your items by mail, use the prepaid return label included in your shipment or send the items to the following address:

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take additional time to reflect on your account.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
